                                                       Board of Directors

         The Board of Directors of this club shall be Division Coordinators, Logistics Director, and WEB Director.

         They shall be elected for a term of one (1) year by ballot of the members present.

         Vacancies occurring between elections must be filled by special elections at the first meeting following the withdrawal or resignation.

         Officers may be removed by three-fourths vote of the membership.

 

                                                Duties of Officers

         Division  Coordinators shall:

         preside at all meetings, and conduct them accordingly.

         Create Fly schedules.

         Collect monies for any club needs and turn it in to the Logistics Director.

         Enforce due observance of the EZR Constitution and By-Laws and put to vote all matters deemed to by the Board of Directors to be viable.

         The WEB Director shall:

         maintain and edit the website to reflect to current status of the EZR.

         keep a record of the proceedings of all meetings, keep a roll of members.

         note all amendments, changes and additions on the EZR Constitution and By-Laws and shall post them on the EZR website.

         The Logistics Director shall:

         purchase items such as bands and trophies.

         Collect monies needed to complete purchase

    •     The Publicity Director shall:

      •    ensure that all EZR events are broadcast to the BR world using all mediums available.

    •     The Photography Director shall:

              •    take  pictures at all EZR events and have them posted on the EZR website
