Board of Directors
• The Board of Directors of this club shall be Division Coordinators, Logistics Director, and WEB Director.
• They shall be elected for a term of one (1) year by ballot of the members present.
• Vacancies occurring between elections must be filled by special elections at the first meeting following the withdrawal or resignation.
• Officers may be removed by three-fourths vote of the membership.
Duties of Officers
• Division Coordinators shall:
• preside at all meetings, and conduct them accordingly.
• Create Fly schedules.
• Collect monies for any club needs and turn it in to the Logistics Director.
• Enforce due observance of the EZR Constitution and By-Laws and put to vote all matters deemed to by the Board of Directors to be viable.
• The WEB Director shall:
• maintain and edit the website to reflect to current status of the EZR.
• keep a record of the proceedings of all meetings, keep a roll of members.
• note all amendments, changes and additions on the EZR Constitution and By-Laws and shall post them on the EZR website.
• The Logistics Director shall:
• purchase items such as bands and trophies.
• Collect monies needed to complete purchase
