1. The kit will consist of 5 birds, bird being judged included.
2. Judged bird must be distinguishable from the rest of the kit and fly for a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes. WC timeout rules will apply if needed.
3. Bird will be judged for speed, frequency, quality and depth of roll. Kitting is a consideration but is not the focus of this event. Members will judge and then vote on the best bird at the end of the flys. Votes (members name) to be placed on a piece of paper and put in a container such as a hat.
4. The voting members will then count the votes. The winner must have the majority of the votes. Should a two way tie occur, then they will be deemed co-champions. Other forms of ties involving more than two will yield no clear cut winner.
5. In the event there is no clear cut winner, the ones with the most votes that are tied will be placed on pieces of paper and the winner is then drawn from a hat.
